While studying the representations of quivers from the point of view of
Invariant Theory, that is, orbits, orbit closures, locally closed orbits, and
semi-invariants, I realized that many natural questions such that
generic decompositions, perpendicular categories etc. may be calculated
systematically, by means of the corresponding algorithms. It was then natural
to implement the algorithms and provide a user with a convenient graphic interface.
